Psychiatrist: Edgar W. Finn, M.D.

Dr. Finn received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama and completed internships and residency training at Vanderbilt University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Finn has worked with children and adults with mental health disorders for more than 20 years and currently serves as Medical Director of Glenwood Autism and Behavioral Health Center. In addition to his work at Glenwood and Mitchell’s Place, Dr. Finn serves as psychiatric consultant for the Alliance Project, Gateway and the Shelby County Board of Education. Dr. Finn has served as a member of the Medical Peer Review Committee of Children’s Hospital of Alabama and is Chairperson of the Psychiatric Review Committee of Glenwood.
