Gunter Owens, MAE, BCBA
Supervisor ABA Outpatient Program
Gunter Owens, MAE, BCBA supervises the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Outpatient Program at Mitchell’s Place. Gunter received her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Hollins University. She completed her Master’s Degree in Special Education with a concentration in Early Childhood from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and received a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is now a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Gunter has been involved with Mitchell’s Place since 2005, and she has been working in the ABA/VB programs at Mitchell’s Place since December 2009.
